For many, nostalgia goes hand in hand with Christmas.
From old Christmas carols, to Hallmark movies, vintage ornaments… and sweet family traditions that take us down memory lane every year.
It’s not surprising then, that a charming vintage themed Christmas fills our hearts and homes with joy.
I’ve picked out 10 of my favourite ‘quick and easy’ Christmas projects from Shabby Art Boutique that will fill your home with vintage charm this Christmas.
#1 2019 Vintage Christmas Planner
What better way to be organised for the busy ‘silly season’ than to have a printed Christmas planner.
This is a sweet mini Christmas Wish List folder, that is small enough to tuck into your handbag or any other secret hiding spot. Fill it with all the families wish lists.
Spread the ‘JOY’ with a pretty pink and cherry printable banner.
These wooden blocks feature gorgeous printable vintage graphics and look lovely stacked together in a Christmas vignette.
I’ve adored these Victorian Angels for a long time and used them in many projects over the years. Here they are shown mounted on book page medallions, but you may wish to use the printable some other way.
I created this vintage angel ornament for a Christmas Ornament Blog Hop I participated in a few years ago. She has the sweetest face… don’t you agree?
#7 Trio of Victorian Angel Ornaments
I featured the previous angel again when I created this trio of angel ornaments last year.
Hang them on your tree, attach to a card or tag… or try thinking outside the box and tie them to items like jug handles and candles.
#8 Book Paper Angel Wings Ornament
This was another ornament I created for a Blog Hop and I designed it using craft supplies I already had.
It’s quick and easy to make, but looks very pretty…. and sparkly!!
This piece of Victorian art is so lovely with the little children seated at the table. I used it to make printable recipe cards, which would be perfect for a cookie exchange. The matching tags can be tied to home baked Christmas food gifts.
Do you make food gifts? I created these vintage wraps to use with home baked bread, but they can also be used to wrap around a container or jar.
