A Year of Self-Love ~ October Printable

Hi creative friends,

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of our daily lives and forget to take a moment for ourselves.

Amidst the chaos, self-love often takes a backseat, leaving us feeling drained and overwhelmed.

But remember, you deserve love and care just as much as anyone else.

Even though I’ve made this my mantra for 2023, I am guilty this month of getting caught up in the busyness of life and forgetting to make self-love a priority.

A Year of Self-Love

Throughout 2023 I’ve been offering a monthly free printable self-love card to remind you to prioritize self-care and self-love.

Once I embraced ‘self-love’ as my word for 2023, I decided to keep a journal dedicated to that theme, where I could write down my thoughts and progress throughout the year.

I’ve created monthly postcards to include in my journal and I’ll be sharing those cards here with you each month in 2023.

October Printable Self-Love Card

The postcards are standard size, 9 cm x 14 cm (3.5″ x 5.5″),  and can be used back to back to create a double sided postcard or alternatively used as two separate journal cards.

Note: Instructions on how to create the double sided card is included on the free printable.

 

 

This card is a perfect reminder that you deserve love, not only from others but from yourself as well.

All of the cards are designed featuring a beautiful combination of soft pastels, vintage elements, and heartfelt typography.

The card’s design includes a lovely quote that reads, “I am worthy of happiness and love.”

This simple yet powerful message serves as a gentle nudge to prioritize self-love, even on the busiest of days.

You can print this card and place it in a spot where you’ll see it every day, whether it’s on your desk, your bathroom mirror, or your nightstand.

Let it serve as a daily reminder to be kinder to yourself and embrace self-love wholeheartedly.
