Tomorrow is the first day of Autumn here in Australia…. but up here in Queensland we’ll be enjoying those last lazy days of summer for a lot longer yet.
While we swelter in the heat and humidity here, I know that our northern hemisphere neighbours, many of whom are still experiencing snow, will be wishing spring would hurry up and bloom!!
So to help them along, I’m sharing a few quick and easy springtime crafty tutorials today to prepare for the new season.
Nothing says spring quite like bunnies……
So I’m sharing four of my super cute bunny projects that will put you in the mood to celebrate the arrival of spring.
Sweet shabby vintage tags made with my shabby bunny and rose printable.
These could also be used to make a cute banner!
Can you resist a Maileg look-a-like rabbit?
If you’d like to make your own rabbit I have a free printable pattern and tutorial HERE,
plus a pattern for the dress and the shoes.
What about a pretty shabby nest of bunnies printable to frame and tuck into a spring vignette?
Download my ‘hello spring’ 8” x 10” watercolour printable HERE.
I shared my Shabbilicious French Bunnies pattern a few years ago.
If you like working with wood and transfers, this is a fun tutorial for you.
I’m decorating my home for Easter this week and I’ll be incorporating some of these
sweet bunnies and a few new projects in my decor.
I look forward to sharing that with you next time!!
Happy spring crafting,
♥
