I’m using these few days between Christmas and New Year to consciously slow things down a little… just to relax, take a breather and reflect on the year that was.
It’s a nice time to look back over all the images that came out of 2017 and the many creative projects that were completed and shared.
Here’s a refresher for you with links to all the posts in my….
Shabby Art Boutique Best of 2018
We kicked off the New Year with pretty, vintage printable lavender sachets.
In celebration of Valentines Day, I shared the printables for this sweet pastel LOVE banner.
We welcomed spring with adorable Tilda lambs and a shabby faux patchwork frame project.
Keeping things very pretty in the studio with this ‘how to make a shabby pincushion’ project’.
I loved this easy DIY tealight candle holders project using polymer clay.
I always enjoy an excuse to get my brushes and paint out, so I added this
DIY for hand painted embroidery floss house bobbins in July.
Keeping with the shabby pastels, I ventured into a new colour palette of
softest blue, mauves and greens for fall with this printable fall banner.
The next DIY were these lovely fabric fall leaf coasters.
My tips on how to stuff Tilda dolls and softies was another popular post.
Moving into Christmas and adding a touch of Scandi red, I shared my
favourite project of 2018…. how to make Christmas Pixies.
Followed by another fun Christmas DIY project with the Sugared Gingers.
I rounded off the year with a nod to my favourite shabby pastels with this
glittered shabby fabric Christmas tree tag/ornament project.
These of course were just the ‘Best of 2018’ projects from Shabby Art Boutique….
there are many more DIY’s, printables, tutorials and patterns scattered throughout the year.
Many of them will be listed on my Tutorials page and also on my
Pinterest board Shabby Art Boutique Projects.
If you are a new reader of Shabby Art Boutique, you may enjoy
my Best of 2017 post too.

I’m loving the Christmas Pixies pattern … thankyou for sharing it with us? When I download the pattern can you tell me if I need to enlarge it?
Merry Christmas
Susan

So glad you like the Pixie pattern Susan. The pattern provided is what I used to make the pixies shown in this post. If you want larger pixies, you can enlarge the pattern.
Happy crafting,
Kerryanne
