Hello lovelies,
I’m really enjoying Christmas Day falling early in the week… that leaves this weekend and Christmas Eve to chill before the big day.
Have you completed everything you need to do?
Here’s a little of what we are doing today…. enjoying cappuccinos in gorgeous red GreenGate with delectable homemade Tim Tam Hedgehog slice…. mmmm!
I’m trying desperately not to think about the calories, but seriously, this slice is soooo delicious and indulgent.
The recipe is from an Aussie Blogger Lauren at Create Bake Make.
I know that all Aussies know what Arnott’s Tim Tam biscuits are, but for my US friends, these are an Australian chocolate cookie. I did see Tim Tams in Walmart when I was over in the US last time, so they are around, but perhaps not widely known.
The biscuit (cookie) on its own is quite decadent, but put it together with a few simple ingredients and this becomes something extra special. Let’s just say, a little goes a long way!!
So, apart from sipping coffee and indulging in sweet treats, I did want to let you all know that the winner of the free subscription to the Handmade Club for 2019 has been drawn.

With Christmas almost upon us I’m winding down for a short break over the holidays.
I’ll be popping back in with the end of year posts and our party later in the week, but in the meantime I’m going to enjoy family time and some ‘ME’ time.
