I think by now, you know I don’t tend to follow trends.
I just happily plod along creating and making things that make my own heart sing….
Sometime there’s a plan and other times I just play with beautiful craft supplies until out of the chaos a project emerges that resonates with me…. this is one of those projects.
DIY Printed Fall Banner Kit
A fall banner filled with the softest blues, greys, plum, mauves and muted greens that infuse a feeling of a cooling of the seasons.
Enhanced with plump pumpkins and an understated palette of autumnal blooms, this garland allows for a gentle transition from summer to fall.
This kit contains 30+ individual pieces that you can mix and match to make beautiful fall banners.
What I’ve made is just an example of how to build the individual pieces.

The Printable Fall Banner Kit
This kit is available as a free download from Shabby Art Boutique as 2 PDF files.
For best printing results, I took the 2 files to my local printing shop and had them colour printed.
Tip: Be sure to remove any air bubbles while the glue is still wet.
To assemble the banner, I used my hot glue gun to make all the individual pennants and then glued them to a length of string/jute. I liked the look of the mini clothespins (pegs) too, but as they are only decorative and not functional, this step is optional.
