Hi creative friends,
I’ve spent the last week fussy cutting and creating with the new July Handmade Club kit, The Picking Garden.
Anyone who creates with paper, whether that be mixed media or journaling, has a use for pretty florals…. and it was with this in mind that I created a floral collection for The Picking Garden kit, that could be used throughout the year in your creative projects.
After lots of fussy cutting, I created several projects for myself and included two of them as bonus, quick and easy ‘Print & Make’ projects in the July kit.
Bonus ‘Print & Make’ Projects
These printable PDF files are not actually part of the kit, but a bonus extra that I sometimes include.
They are my actual print files that I created when I was making my own projects and I’m sharing them with you as inspiration…. or a starting point for your own crafting. I know that sometimes it can be overwhelming when you have a lot of graphics to work with and don’t know where to start.
You don’t have to download these files… they are just there should you wish to make them.
Flower Box Pop-up Card
This project looks far more complicated than it really is.
Honestly, you’ll have it cut out and constructed in less than 30 minutes!
There’s a full photographic step-by-step tutorial included with the printable file.
I included 6 different sentiment banners for the front, plus two blank banners that you could write your own message on.
Did you know that these pop-up cards actually fold flat to slide into an envelope for gifting or posting?

Tall Flower Envelopes
I thought these beautiful tall envelopes with dimensional flowers would make for a fun gift card idea.
You can slip a large tag inside and even a store gift voucher.
They measure 8″ high by 3.5″ wide and close with a length of lovely seam binding ribbon.
The printable PDF file includes a tutorial for assembling the tall envelopes, plus a printed envelope page and a page of embellishments to use for decorating the envelope.
I hope you will enjoy these fun bonus projects.

Happy crafting my friends!
