Hi creative friends,
I’ve received quite a few requests for two of the archived Handmade Club kits that have not yet been released on Etsy, so today I am pleased to be adding them to my Etsy store.
They are the Vintage Spring Fair kit, which was first released in March 2021 and the Vintage Perpetual Calendar from December 2019.
Vintage Spring Fair Kit
If you love a little whimsy and wonder, then this this bespoke digital kit is for you!
The kit combines two parts; Spring Fair and Spring Parade.
They include different elements that come together to offer a coordinated, versatility for all types of paper crafting projects.
This was was quite a different theme for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed painting the fairground artworks in a vintage, shabby style.
What’s in the kit:
Spring Fair
It’s everything you expect to see at a vintage fair… from a glittering carousel to galloping carousel horses, striped tents, balloons and bunting, Gypsy fortune tellers and all the gastronomical delights; ice creams, cotton candy and candy apples… or as us Aussies say, ‘fairy floss and toffee apples’.
Spring Parade
What’s a spring fair without a parade…. this part of the kit contains re-loved vintage lassies with their spring blooms, delightful ‘carni’ folk, hot air balloons, florals, sentiment banners for cards and scrapbooks and journal cards.
Paper Pack
As always, there is a coordinating paper pack that is available in three sizes ; letter size paper, A4 size paper, journal 5″ x 7″ and mini 3.5″ x 5″, to compliment your paper crafting projects.

Hot Air Balloon Pop-Up Card Kit
This was originally a design that I created when the Spring Fair kit was released in 2021, but I’ve redesigned it in a larger format to release on Etsy.
When I was painting the carousel designs for the Spring Fair kit, I wanted to add something else that had some height and was originally thinking perhaps a Ferris Wheel…. but they are kind of boring and I wanted whimsy and pretty, so I decided to sketch out some hot air balloons…. I’m glad that I did, because they’ve been so versatile and a lot of fun!
We loved the pop-up box cards, so I just knew these sweet hot air balloons would look fabulous floating out of the top of the box.
How stinkin’ cute is this card ?
Honestly, for such a quick and easy project, it looks really substantial.
One of the reasons I love these box cards is the fact that they don’t fall over like conventional cards.
They tell a story and are pretty enough to be left sitting on a shelf, on a work desk, hospital bedside table, teachers desk etc….. there are so many options for these.
On the back of the box card there is ample room to write a message… and did you know that the box card folds flat, so you are able to put it in an envelope to post of give with a gift.
There’s a video on my YouTube that shows how I make these box cards.
You can see this quick and easy ‘Print & Make’ project in my Etsy store.

Perpetual Vintage Calendar
I designed the 12 vintage calendar pages back in December 2019, as part of the ‘A Moment in Time’ kit for the Handmade Club.
The beauty of perpetual calendars is that they can be used year after year for a variety of uses; birthday & anniversary books, annual calendars, journals, To-Do lists and crafting projects.
The set of 12 monthly calendar pages are available in two sizes; journal 5″ x 7″ and the mini 3.5″ x 5″ size…. and each one contains a different quote and vintage artwork.
