Hi creative friends,
With the excitement and busyness of Christmas and New Year, I ran out of time in 2021 to share with you two projects I created using the Granny Buttons December Handmade Club kit.
Following the kits theme of organising our creative spaces, I made a pretty lace book to store my most expensive and precious laces.
Granny’s Buttons Lace Book
I used the papers and elements from the Granny’s Buttons kit to create the lace book cover and lace boards.
The book measures13.5 cm wide x 14 cm high x 7 cm deep.
Inside it has a pocket on each inside cover and 6 lace boards attached to a fixed spine.
The pockets are big enough to hold ribbon or floss spools and button cards from the kit.
The moveable lace boards have a handy tab at the top where you can write the name and code number of the lace.
The cover, pockets and lace board graphics has been created for you and are contained in a printable PDF file.
This file also contains a tutorial with basic instructions and step-by-step photos.
