I’m so pleased to share the July Handmade Club kit with you.
This month I took my inspiration from a favourite author, Jane Austen.
Set in a beautiful flower filled picking garden, this collection embraces the romanticism of the Regency era with pretty ladies dressed for the outdoors with their large bonnets and laced up half boots…. very Holly Hobbie like, if you are old enough to remember them!
The Picking Garden
This kit has many layers…. as well as my usual hand painted decorative graphics, I’ve also endeavoured to create for you a floral resource collection that you can use for many future projects. There are dozens of flowers, greenery, butterflies and birds…. and endless pages of fussy cut florals that can be used in a variety of ways; either as a compliment or a feature of many projects.
The colour palette is a summery symphony of greens, yellows, pinks and blues, that is reflected in both the vintage and modern flower collection and the many gardening elements such as: watering cans, birdhouses, picket fences, wheel barrow and tools.
The collection this months includes 100+ individual graphics.
The Paper Collection
There are 12 coordinating full size papers in A4 and letter size, as well as a collection of 5″ x 7″ decorative journal pages.
These are supplied in both zip and ready to print PDF files.
For the journal makers there are also pockets, tabs and journal cards.
Bonus Projects
This month I have included two bonus ‘Print & Make’ projects with step-by-step tutorials.
The first is a pop-up flower box card that is super quick and easy to make. I have provided 8 sentiment banners in pink and blue and there is enough room at the back to place a tag.
The second bonus project is a set of tall 3D envelopes.
They are ready to print and make and come with a tutorial for assembling.
The Design Team inspires us with many beautiful projects throughout the month, so I look forward to sharing them with you next week.

The July kit, The Picking Garden, is just awesome! I am just amazed at all the beautiful florals in several color ways. How do I download previous months kits please.
Hi Gillian,
Each kit is a limited edition and only available for one month and then archived. Club members are given an opportunity to purchase past kits twice a year. If you are already a club member, you will need to contact me by email 🙂
