The Christmas Village – October in the Craft Room

Hi creative friends,

The holiday season is just around the corner, and there’s no better way to embrace the festive spirit than by diving into the world of crafting with the October Craft Room digital kit,  The Christmas Village.

This enchanting kit is brimming with charming houses and shops set in the North Pole and is sure  to transport crafters to a magical winter wonderland.

 

The Design Team has been hard at work, and this week, we’re excited to unveil some fabulous festive projects by Jennifer, Nicola, and Dianne, all inspired by The Christmas Village.

 

 

Jennifer ~ Crafting Sweetness

Jennifer has kicked off the holiday crafting season with an absolutely adorable Candy Cane Lane street sign.

Complete with a delightful Christmas village scene and a generous dusting of snow, this sign is a must-have addition to your Christmas decor.

 

Who wouldn’t want to add a touch of whimsy to their home with such a charming piece?

Nicola ~ My Shabby Craft Corner

Nicola has taken her holiday crafting to the next level with not one but two fabulous Christmas village projects.

You can feel the magic of Christmas emanating from her creations.

Nicola’s first project showcases her talent for crafting gorgeous 3D villages.

She’s generously shared her expertise with a YouTube video tutorial on how to create these charming 3D houses.

But Nicola’s creativity doesn’t stop there.

She also transformed a 3D cardboard lantern into a captivating village scene.

 

Inspired by Jennifer’s Candy Cane Lane sign, Nicola also  created her version of the picturesque Peppermint Ave.

This fun decor item is sure to add a festive touch to any space during the holiday season.

Dianne ~ Shabby Reflections

Dianne took recycling to a whole new level by repurposing an old sweet jar into a stunning village snow scene, complete with twinkling lights.

 

The snow top was cleverly crafted using hot glue, while the snow inside the jar is a combination of white paint and glitter.

Dianne’s project proves that with a little creativity, even old jars can become beautiful works of art.

Bonus Project ~ Christmas Floral Pots

These charming pots are a delightful addition to your holiday decor, adding a touch of festive cheer to any room.
