Here in Australia September signals the start of spring…
A time for blooming flowers, buzzing bees and warm breezes.
But for some strange reason, my heart is filled with autumn leaves!
Maybe it comes from living in a warm climate where the changing of the seasons is minimal.
I’m completely spellbound by all the whispers of fall in the north.
I’m imagining doe-eyed owls and pumpkins… and a palette of warm whites and neutrals.
A little touch of fall ‘shabbiliciousness’ to captivate ones heart.
Maybe you feel it too!
If so, you may like to download my free Owl & Pumpkin printable…
For that touch of fall shabbiliciousness in your home.
The printable is available to download HERE.

Your little owl is just adorable – thank you so much for sharing this fabulous image.
The weather folk have forecast an Indian Summer here in the UK but so far the temps have continued to fall. There is still a lot of drizzle and the days are getting noticeably shorter – I would say Autumn has arrived.

Oh my gosh that is the cutest owl! Thank you for this. Love your free printables. I think I’ll place that little fellow behind my desk so as I write, I can sebe it. 😀

Can’t think of anything better for fall and halloween than the world’s cutest little white owl on a warm white pumpkin. I’m going to reprint him on Matte Kodak paper, mat and frame him so we can enjoy his fluffy little self every fall!

Love receiving your emails just as I’m getting ready to go to bed! Makes me feel so relaxed seeing all your beautiful art and crafts in such soft colors. Enjoyed your blog for a few years now. Our fall here in the US southern states is still quite warm and dry (here in AR anyway). Looking forward for temps in the 80’s again instead of 90’s so I can go outside to my swing and enjoy the sounds of the birds.
Thank you for this sweet owl print,he will look so sweet in my journal.

Sorry, just had to be greedy downloading both owls. Hopefully can get Mr. Furry to cut them out for me. Thank you so very much Kerrianne for sharing these patterns and how-to’s for painting. I too associate owls with Fall. I have some ceramic owls have accumulated over couple years on sale which I keep in our bathroom on shelves over toilet but get them out for decorations during Fall. Our living room is small so need to rotate decorations during the year or it gets much too cluttered.
Good thing I like to rotate decorations anyway.
Finally got my sewing machine going and room cleared so can start working on those wonderful bunnies you shared pattern for. Have been making some long planned for curtains.Am saving making bunnies for a winter project. I get a bit of cabin fever along with our cat so like to have specific plans for projects to make.
Happy weekend
