This week, I was delighted to release the exclusive June digital kit for the Craft Room, ‘Rhapsody in Blue.’

This collection transports you to the heart of French elegance and floral splendour. Inspired by the timeless beauty of blue hydrangeas and ivory roses, and set against a backdrop of pale mints, light periwinkle blues, and French Grey blues, ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ delves into the charm of traditional French aesthetics, featuring elements like a chateau, opulent furnishings, and enchanting gardens.

Nicola ~ My Shabby Craft Corner

Altered Frame Prompt & Tutorial

Nicola has set an inspirational prompt for our Craft Room community: create a project by altering a frame.

She shared a tutorial video in the Craft Room group of her altered embroidery frame, showcasing her creativity and the versatility of the kit elements.

French Blue Journal Tutorial

Nicola also created exclusive tutorial videos for the Craft Room members on how to craft a journal using a vintage book cover.

Her exclusive Craft Room videos guided our members through creating the cover, assembling signatures, and sewing them in place.

3D Horse-Drawn Carriage

For her final project this week, Nicola made a whimsical 3D horse-drawn carriage.

She used the rocking horse from the kit elements and crafted a pumpkin carriage with the kit papers, demonstrating her ingenuity and artistic flair.

Mini Album for Photos and Memories

Rosangela used ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ to create a stunning mini album, perfect for preserving photos and cherished memories.

Known for her intricate and layered style, Rosangela’s mini album features detailed photo frames, extra storage space for tags, and cards with pockets on each page.

Sandra ~ Atelier Vintage Rose

3D Wishing Well & Matching Card

Sandra shared an adorable 3D wishing well with a matching card and envelope, ideal for gift-giving.

She utilized several fussy-cut elements and papers from the kit to create the wishing well, using a template she designed herself.
