4th Annual Simply Christmas
Simply Christmas is an annual event held here on my blog,
which runs for 8 weeks from 1st November through to Christmas Eve.
This is my 4th year of going back to basics and preparing for an old fashioned Christmas.
Do you remember the Christmases of our childhood when our lives seemed much simpler and the joys of Christmas were simpler too?
If the idea of a ‘Simply homemade Christmas’ sounds appealing to you then please join me in celebrating with Simply Christmas.
As in previous years, there will be a plethora of homemade tutorials, gift making, decorating ideas, yummy recipes and lots of festive cheer… don’t forget the annual free downloadable Christmas Planner and weekly link party too.
We’re putting homemade and home baked back into the holidays at
Shabby Art Boutique
…so I hope you’ll join in the fun of a homemade Christmas!
Please grab a sidebar button… and share the joy!!
Starts 1st November 2013!!
Sidebar button installed, “shout” posted…I’m ready ***grin***

Wonderful way to celebrate! Can’t wait to check back! –
every year my mother reminds us of the gift giving rules: Make it, Bake it or Take it (we’re photo buffs) Seems the commercial frenzy gets crazier (and earlier) every year.
I like your mother’s rules Christina. I try to shun the commercialisation of Christmas as much as I can, preferring to make it about time spent together. Most of our family Christmas traditions are based around make and bake and it is perfect for us!
I look forward to having you join in for Simply Christmas.
Jenny from Elefantz sent me here and it looks VERY interesting !! I look forward to “Simply Christmas”. I think we all desire a simpler, morr meaningful holiday season. The world is going so fast and when October 1 arrives, I feel like I’m on a runaway train !!
I think there’s quite a few of us that feel like we are on that runaway train with you Tay. That’s why I try to rein it in with a little organisation so I can enjoy the season more. I hope you enjoy Simply Christmas.
