This month I’ve been concentrating on a ‘creative’ theme with my designing across all areas; my Boutique, Etsy (not loaded yet), the Handmade Club and some new printables for my readers.
I’ll be rolling these out over the next week and also sharing some projects I’ve made with them.
The new monthly kit for the Handmade Club has just gone out to members. The ‘Creative Days’ kit includes 19 printable sheets and 25 embellishments and will be available until 14th February.
I’ve created a 2019 Creativity and Blog Planner with the papers, a collection of cards and tags…
…. and a pretty, shabby, creativity junk journal.
The junk journal consists of 3 signatures (3 sections) of paper that I hand dyed with avocado.
and filled with pretty graphics from the Creative Days kit.
There are lots of blank pages for me to journal in….
and pockets to store pretties as well.
I quite like the blush colour I achieved with the avocado dying
and will be using this technique more often.
Have you ever made a junk journal?
I use mine as art/creativity journals, where I store my thoughts and ideas,
but the can have any theme you like.
Happy crafting my friends,
Hugs

Hi Kerryanne
I just love your projects but as this is very new to me do you have any tutorials on making the junk journal i just love it and really want to make one but not sure where to start.
Cheers Sandy in NT ?
Sandy, there are lots of easy to follow tutorials on You Tube. Like any craft, there are multiple ways to make these journals and really, there are no rules and no wrong way. I particularly love that you can use up all your craft scraps… nothing is too small 🙂
Trust me, once you get started it is quite addictive.
Kerryanne, after seeing these lovely pages in the Handmade Club, I had to join, as they are soooo beautiful and what I love the most. Thank you for the beautiful pages you create. I’m excited to join.
Thank you.
I’ve just sent off all the info to you Angela.I hope you love everything you find in the kit this month.
Welcome to the group my friend 🙂
Those are so lovely….I can’t afford it for 6 months due to a large vet bill I’m paying off but then I remembered you’re in Australia and the cost I heard is very high between our countries so that probably washes if off my wish list for later in the year. I love the drawings and colors you used though. I think it will draw a lot of people into the club.
Hi Sandra, the currency conversion between the USA and Australia works in your favour with the kits being cheaper for US members. I’m delighted that you liked the designs. I will have some similar freebies on the blog next week, so watch out for those.
Beautiful, always beautiful the things you create. 🙂
Thank you so much Jenny… I truly appreciate that coming from you!!
Happy crafting my friend x
Thank you SO very much Kerryanne!! This set is absolutely beautiful!! I cannot wait to start using it!!
Beautifully done Kerryanne, I have & use one also but not nearly as nice as yours.. 🙂
I am so excited about this month’s kit, so happy I joined!
Just now joined your blog, and saw your kit for the month of January, but only available until
February. Is there any way I could purchase this one month? I am redoing my sewing in shabby chic, like yours, and these items would be perfect.
Thank you so much!??
Sharlene
Hi Sharlene,
The monthly kits for the Handmade Club are exclusive to club members and only available for the one month. For that reason, unfortunately, they are not available to buy separately. However, I do have an Etsy store that sells similar individual items. You might find what you are after in my store at https://www.etsy.com/shop/ShabbyArtBoutique
