Hi creative friends,
As we reach the end of A Year of Kindness, my heart is filled with so much gratitude.
Thank you, dear friends, for joining me on this gentle, yearlong journey. I have absolutely loved hearing from so many of you throughout the year… your stories, the ways you’ve used the postcards, and the little moments of kindness you’ve shared.
This was my fifth year of creating a themed yearlong postcard project, and somehow this one felt especially tender and meaningful.
Perhaps it was the theme itself… or perhaps it was the way the world felt this year… but A Year of Kindness has been a project that has held my heart in a very soft place.
December’s Postcards
To close our year together, I have two final cards for December.
The chosen quote felt like the perfect message for Christmastime:
“Kindness is a gift anyone can give.”
Such a simple truth, yet such a powerful reminder during this busy and joy-filled season.

Newsletter subscribers can download the December postcards from the Newsletter Subscribers Freebies Library HERE.
My Own Project ~ A Flip Book of Kindness
For my personal set, I decided to adorn the cards with snippets of pretty lace and gather all twenty-four of them on a large ring to create a flip book.
It feels like something special to hold in the hands… a little collection of thoughts and gentle reminders that I plan to keep nearby throughout 2026.
I imagine it becoming a reflective book for me… a place to slow down, breathe, and return to peace.
There’s room to jot down small moments, thoughts, and memories… the kind of tiny treasures that often slip past us unless we honour them by writing them down.
I have a short video flip-through if you’d like to take a peek:

Looking Ahead…
And so we close the chapter on this lovely project for 2025, but I am already dreaming of next year.
I’m very much looking forward to continuing this tradition for a sixth year of themed postcards.
What do you think the 2026 theme should be? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Thank you again, from my heart to yours, for being part of A Year of Kindness.
Wishing you peace, joy, and kindness as we step into a new year together.
Happy crafting,
Hugs
