Hi creative friends,
As we head deeper into December, our talented Design Team has been crafting up a storm with the latest Whimsy and Roses Craft Room kit and the new addition to my Etsy store, the Shabby Nativity Kit.
Their projects this week are brimming with creativity and festive inspiration. Let’s take a look at what they’ve been up to!
Elisa – Elisa’s Creations
Elisa has worked her magic with the new Whimsy and Roses kit to create the sweetest tag flip book filled with beautifully layered tags and button cards.
Between the cards, she tucked lengths of satin ribbons and seam binding for an elegant touch.
The button cards are a standout feature, adorned with her own handmade paper buttons.
To see all the intricate details of this project, watch Elisa’s video flip-through on her YouTube channel.
Elisa also shared a quick video tutorial for making her charming paper buttons, which she used on the button cards.
We absolutely adore the projects you’ve crafted with the Whimsy and Roses kit, Elisa!

Nicola – Shabby Journals Crafts and More
Our lovely Nicola is currently recovering from surgery, but that hasn’t stopped her from bringing beauty into her crafting.
Even resting in bed, she’s been fussy cutting and decorating her craft room storage jars using the Whimsy and Roses kit.
One standout jar features a gorgeous bird and roses topper, exuding shabby charm and elegance with its sweet teacup, roses, birds, lace and pearls.
Thank you, Nicola, for sharing your creativity with us even during your recovery!

Myry – Fils et Papiers
Myry has wowed us with her creation of a shabby chic mini chest of drawers using the Whimsy and Roses kit.
This stunning piece features nine drawers over three levels, embedded with roses and pearls.
The top is adorned with a handcrafted paper teapot and teacup, surrounded by glamorous layers of fussy-cut birds, papers, and silk flowers.
This project is as elegant as something you’d expect to see in Marie Antoinette’s boudoir.
It’s truly a masterpiece, Myry!

Agnieszka – LaLoggia
Agnieszka has had a wonderfully creative week, crafting with both the Whimsy and Roses kit and the Shabby Nativity Kit from Etsy.
She began with a chic and stunning yearly planner, perfectly suited for organizing the year ahead… and loved it so much she went on to create a second planner!
You can see images of these planners HERE.
Next, she prompted Craft Room members to make paper flowers using a “layered circles” jar technique, that are perfect for decorating our craft projects.
Many of us have seen this done with food, but Aga showed how it works beautifully with pretty papers.
She also crafted a fabulous large gift bow using strips of colored paper, with a center space perfect for adding a sentiment or greeting.
Finally, Aga created three sweet and shabby nativity envelope pop-up cards using the Shabby Nativity Kit.
These cards, featuring a mix of the free Mini Nativity printable and the new Etsy kit, are simply adorable.
Your festive projects have truly inspired us this week, Aga!
