This week, our talented designers have been busy creating beautiful projects inspired by the June Craft Room kit, Gentle Summer Days.
From journals and photo albums to charming home décor, each project captures the relaxed pace and simple pleasures of a gentle summer season.

Nicola ~ Shabby Journals Crafts & More
Nicola has shared not one, but two wonderful projects with our Craft Room members this week, along with a helpful mini tutorial.
Her first project features the new June Craft Room kit, Gentle Summer Days.
Nicola has created a lovely informal-style summer journal that is still very much a work in progress, yet already bursting with beautiful shabby details, layered textures, and thoughtful touches.
The pages have that wonderfully relaxed, collected-over-time feel that invites you to linger and explore every little detail.
Alongside the journal, Nicola also shared a mini video tutorial with the Craft Room demonstrating how she creates her clusters and an easy binding method… both full of helpful tips that members can immediately put into practice in their own journals.
Following a recent discussion in the Craft Room about lace storage, Nicola felt inspired to reorganise her own collection using my Etsy kit, The Vintage Haberdashery.
The result is a box of absolute gorgeousness! Not only are her laces now beautifully organised and easy to access, but the finished storage box has become an inspiring decorative piece for her craft room as well.

Myry ~ Fils et Papier
Myry has created a stunning summer-themed photo album using the Gentle Summer Days kit.
This beautiful project is filled with thoughtful details, including pockets for tags, framed spaces for photographs, and interactive pages that invite memories to be tucked safely inside.
Myry’s signature style shines through every page, combining delicate layers of fussy cuts, lace, trims, and textures to create a project that feels both elegant and wonderfully nostalgic.
The soft summer palette and charming imagery from the kit are perfectly complemented by Myry’s attention to detail and artistic eye for composition.
Every page offers a delightful surprise and demonstrates her remarkable ability to transform paper into something truly special.

Guest Designer ~ Tracy Painter
This month, we were delighted to welcome guest designer Tracy Painter to the Craft Room.
Tracy transformed a simple Dollar Tree plaque into a charming piece of summer décor using the Gentle Summer Days kit.
She began by decoupaging one of the kit papers onto the plaque before building a delightful scene featuring a window, curtain panels, flowers, lace, and plenty of beautiful fussy-cut elements.
One of the things Tracy particularly enjoys about the Craft Room kits is the storytelling woven throughout each collection.
She shared that this month’s imagery and wording sparked her imagination, especially the window motif and the journal cards featuring thoughts of open windows and slow summer days.
Those elements became the inspiration behind this enchanting project, which perfectly captures the feeling of a peaceful summer afternoon.
