Some days…. I have to be all grown up and do grown up work.
All the while, I’m day-dreaming and planning creative things.
Do you ever have days like that?
This past week I was day-dreaming about spring lambs.
Not just any old spring lambs….
I was specifically thinking about sweet Tilda lambs…. made out of white linen…
With the softest blushed cheeks and ears.

I had been thinking about these lambs since I put my Tilda reindeers away after Christmas.
Remember how cute they were. These lambs are from the same Tilda book – Homemade & Happy.
Well….
It turns out that day-dreaming prevents me from being very productive in my grown up job, so I ditched the boring tasks and escaped to my craft room this week…. and made myself a pair of adorably sweet Tilda lambs.
And then I made another one that became a floppy eared bunny…
With pretty floral ears made from fabric I’ve been saving for just the right project.
This shabby spring trio makes my heart skip a beat every time I walk past them sitting on my dresser looking so sweet in all their simplicity.

Do the Tilda patterns allow for making and selling the items or is it personal use only? Thank you KerryAnne,
Ann
You are so talented and seem to have a wonderful whimsical side, love that about you Kerryanne, never lose that.
I absolutely am enchanted by your adorable lambs and floppy eared bunny,, that ear fabric is perfect, suits her to the tee.. The three of them make quite the smile magnet with their sweet head dressings. .Lucky lady having them keep attendance on your bedroom dresser. Glad you spent time making critters to make you happy.
Wishing you a most delightful Spring and Easter.
Swooning like you wouldn’t believe. 🙂
Looks real good

These are just the cutest! No wonder they make you so happy! Keep escaping from that “grown up work world”. It’s good for the soul!
Hugs!
Hi Kerry Anne, I love these darling little creatures and am so happy to hear about your Facebook page. I will head right on over and share! Have an amazing day!

OMGoodness!!!! I NEED the floppy eared bunny….toooo very sweet….if I understand correctly, the pattern for the lamb is in the book you referenced and then you just added floppy ears for a bunny? I just bought my first Tilda doll after seeing the winter girl you made….now I think I want to try my hand — it’s been some years since I’ve sewed…no time like the present to try something new!~~ Thanks for such inspiration!! You’re blessed with such talent and skills!!
