Hello friends,
With Christmas just days away now, I’m busy preparing for our celebrations.
And I’m sure you probably are too!
Even though we are just a very intimate group of 6 this year, I still want it to be special.
I’m making all our family favourites and traditional Christmas food, which will be set up on a buffet table. This leaves plenty of room to set a pretty table for Christmas dinner.
Our colour scheme for the table this year is white, gold and red.
To personalise each place setting, I created these printable place card banners to put on each plate, so everyone knows where to sit.
It’s just a small touch…. but it is these little things that you don’t usually do every day that makes the table extra special for Christmas.
Do you have a formal table for Christmas… or something more casual?

If you’d like to make a few of these for your own Christmas table, then please do.
I’m sharing this printable page (contains two banners) as a free printable in the newsletter subscribers printable library.

How to make the place card banners
This is a quick 15 – 20 minute project.
Materials
-
Download the printable from the newsletter free printables library
-
Print as many copies as you need on light cardstock. I used 250gsm matte photo paper.
-
Cut around the perimeter of each design using either scissors or a sharp craft knife.
-
Using a marker pen, write each name.
-
(optional) I added a ‘light’ smear of white glue over the flowers and a then a sprinkle of opal dust glitter.
Happy crafting my friends!
Hugs
