About 5 years ago I designed these mini Christmas stockings to sell online and at a local market..
It was such a simple idea…
I thought they might appeal to people as a gift tag or to use in their Christmas décor.
I certainly wasn’t prepared for how popular they would be.
I think it was the ability to personalize them with a name on the turnover that made them so appealing.
I cut mine from 3mm MDF using a scroll saw…
And painted them with DecoArt Americana acrylic paints.
I am sharing these today as inspiration…
To show that décor doesn’t have to be complicated.
I’ve literally made hundreds and hundreds of these mini stockings over the years… and customers still request them.
I no longer make them and although I’m not actually offering a template or tutorial for these today, you could save the image above and use it as a template if you wanted to to make your own mini stockings.
Happy festive crafting,
Kerryanne

My Grandson treasures his stocking. It has pride of place on our tree every year.

These look adorable Kerryanne. There is just something about seeing a row of stockings – so festive.

I ordered some of these Kerryanne and I love them. I think of you every Christmas when I unwrap them to put the decorations up. 🙂
