Welcome to my new home. . .
Well, really it is my old home just in a new location. . .
Shabby Art Boutique is now a WordPress blog.
You might notice a few inconsistencies while I do a bit of housekeeping.
Nothing major. . . just putting some links back in and tidying up.
The Shabbilicious Friday link parties currently have no links showing, but I’ll have the codes updated in a day or two and we’ll be right to party come Friday.
Nothing else will change for you. . . even if you type in the old address you’ll be redirected here.
I might be spending a lot of time at the computer at present, but I did manage to have a play with some newly acquired aqua bottles this morning.
My gorgeous friend Jane came home from a thrifting auction where she scored several large boxes of bottles to share amongst her thrifty friends.
There were all different shapes and colours. . . and many vintage ones too.
They were a little filthy when I grabbed them out of the box, but I knew they’d wash up okay.
I used cloudy ammonia, raw rice and vigorous shaking to clean the insides.
And now I’m loving the touches of aqua and blue amongst my white decor.
How adorable is that little seaside daisy wreath!
I’m sharing my new bottle collection at this week’s link parties and with these friends: Clean and Scentsible, Live Laugh Rowe, The DIY Dreamer, Tutorials, Tips & Tidbits – Stone Gable, Blissful White Wednesday at Timewashed, Transformation Thursday, French Country Cottage, The Vintage Farmhouse, 36th Avenue, Be Inspired Friday at Common Ground.
You can connect with me at the follow places. . .

I am glad the move went well. Love those bottles – I have been looking for some to tie on a wreath. I will follow this new blog with Bloglovin’. Congratulations!
