Hi creative friends,
As we wrap up our final Design Team projects for the December Cottage Days kit, I just want to pause for a moment and say how incredibly inspiring this month has been.
What a beautiful way to welcome the New Year… with thoughtful, handmade pieces created slowly and lovingly in our craft rooms.
This week I’m delighted to be featuring Sandra, Caroline, Nicola, and Kim, each of whom has brought something truly special to Cottage Days.
Their projects are filled with heart, creativity, and that unmistakable cosy cottage charm we’ve all fallen in love with.
Sandra ~ Atelier Vintage Rose
Sandra has absolutely spoiled us this month with an incredible collection of Cottage Days projects, each one as thoughtful and beautifully made as the last.
She began with a gorgeous sewing machine box, thoughtfully filled with handmade cards… such a charming and practical keepsake.

Next came the cutest loaded pocket, brimming with sweet bunnies, a notebook, and pretty Cottage Days ephemera… a project full of whimsy and personality.

Her third make was a sweet box of ribbon and lace spools, perfectly sized for a craft desk and finished with Sandra’s signature elegance.

This was followed by a beautifully decorated gift envelope, adorned with stunning lace she collected during her summer travels in France.
Inside, Sandra created a generous pocket designed to hold a mini calendar wallet and gift cards… such a clever and thoughtful detail.

To finish, Sandra shared her monthly ephemera envelope, a tradition she’s lovingly maintained throughout the year.
Made from the kit papers and filled with leftover fussy cuts, these envelopes are saved for future projects.
Seeing all twelve 2025 envelopes hanging together in her craft room is truly magical… a visual diary of creativity that’s both inspiring and deeply personal.

Sandra’s Cottage Days projects are a perfect example of crafting with intention… making beautiful things that are meant to be used, treasured, and revisited time and time again.

Caroline ~ Carolee Crafts
Caroline has added the most delightful finishing touches to Cottage Days this month, creating projects that feel both nostalgic and beautifully at home in a craft space.
Fresh from moving into her newly renovated craft room, Caroline used Cottage Days to create a stunning fabric wall hanging, printing one of the papers onto fabric and embellishing it with embroidered flowers, diamanté centres, and soft pink lace edging.
It’s such a gentle and thoughtful piece… the kind that instantly warms a room and makes it feel truly personal.

Her final project is just as charming: a vintage china teacup and saucer, lovingly filled with a handmade bunny softie created from one of the bunny PNGs printed onto fabric.
Nestled among bobbins, buttons, and paper roses, this little vignette feels like something straight out of a storybook… whimsical, cosy, and utterly delightful.

Caroline has such a beautiful eye for turning digital elements into tangible keepsakes, and her projects are a perfect reminder of how digital kits can be transformed into heirloom-style decor.

Nicola ~ Shabby Journals Crafts & More
Nicola has truly spoiled us throughout December with a wonderful collection of beautiful and inspiring organisational projects, all created using the Cottage Days kit.
Her makes are not only pretty but also incredibly practical… the kind of projects that gently encourage us to slow down, tidy our spaces, and start the new year feeling calm and inspired.

To finish the month, Nicola has shared a lovely flip-through video showcasing all of her December projects together.
It’s one of those videos that invites you to pause for a moment…. pop the kettle on, grab a warm drink, get cosy, and simply enjoy watching each thoughtfully made piece come to life on screen.

Kim ~ My Artful Crafts
Kim put her own creative spin on both the bonus Craft Room project and the free Nativity card, and I absolutely love seeing how these shared projects take on new life through each maker’s hands.

It’s been such a joy watching everyone embrace these designs and adapt them to their own style, and Kim’s projects are a lovely reminder of how versatile and meaningful these shared Craft Room makes can be.
