Boutique beauties…

I get to wear many hats in my business. . . some are fun like crafting, while others are boring. . . like paper work.

Today I’m wearing a fun hat. . .

‘Parcel-ologist’. . . although I’m not sure that is actually a real term!

I’m like an excited kid at Christmas when the courier drops off the big boxes of stock from the wholesalers.

Lovely boxes of Boutique stock have been arriving for over a week now.

Of course I can’t resist playing with, touching and imagining the possibilities, as I unload, price and stock the shelves.

The new Tilda collection, Country Escape is nostalgic and sweet in shades of pastel pinks and blues. . . and is seriously swoon worthy.

I’m still waiting on some of the Country Escape range to arrive, but what I’ve already seen is so ‘shabbilicious’.

Meanwhile, I’ve re-stocked the Winter Memories and Sewingbird Collections in the Boutique today.

There are so many beautiful products available that it would be impossible to have all of it in stock at once, so I’m happy to order specific pieces in for customers.

The Tilda Collection now incorporates beautiful fabrics, ribbons and trims, papercraft products like scrapbooking papers, stickers and cut-outs. . . there are wrapping papers, muffin cases, serviettes and pretty decor items too.

Of course, the most popular Tilda projects are Tone Finnanger’s dolls with their naivety and pretty fabric choices.

I’m currently making some pretty decor items for the new Princess room using Tone’s latest book
Fairytale Wonderland.

I can highly recommend this book. Every project is gorgeous and the publishers have greatly improved the English translation.
