Hi there… come on in.
Shabby Art Boutique has a new studio space and it’s almost complete.
I’ll give you the full tour later this week, but I thought until then you may like a few sneak peeks of the various groupings and inspiration around the studio.
. . . beautiful Tilda fabric fat quarters lined up ready to use
. . . Goodnight Angels hanging about in a pretty wire shelf
. . . and lots of inspirational quotes to foster creativity.
It feels amazing to have all my ‘creative’ boxes unpacked and to have a functional working space again.
My new work space is already getting a big workout with production of my Christmas designs underway and I’ve even had my first big mess day… now it is a real studio!!
I’ll be back soon to share my new ‘I’m dreaming of a white Christmas’ Collection.
I’m sharing my Studio sneak peeks with these friends this week: Inspiration Exchange, Live Laugh Rowe, The DIY Dreamer, Tutorials, Tips & Tidbits, , Transformation Thursday, French Country Cottage, The Vintage Farmhouse, 36th Avenue, Be Inspired Friday at Common Ground
I’d be thrilled if you’d like to connect with me at the following places. . .
or if you’d like my posts delivered directly to your Inbox
Oh Kerryanne, it looks beautiful but who would expected anything less from you. You certainly know how to throw a few things together 🙂 Talk of Christmas is getting my heart racing. Looking forward to seeing what comes out of that new studio. xo
Thanks Mary. It all seems to be falling into place now. I’m giving it a good workout this week, doing a little tweaking and moving about and it is starting to feel like ‘Home’.
Got some lovely new things to share with you when I see you next Thursday. 🙂
What a darling work space you’ve created, Kerryanne! So much wonderful inspiration right at your fingertips.
Mary Alice
Thank you Mary Alice. It’s a very girly room… just right for creating in!
Hugs,
Kerryanne
I love everything in these photos–all that Tilda fabric–I am so jealous! I am still enjoying the fat quarter you sent me–LOVE!
Got to admit Sandy, I can’t go past a little bit of gorgeous Tilda fabric too. Sometimes I can’t bare to cut into it – lol.
Love all the romantic touches!
It does have an air of romance to it Leann. It is definitely a very feminine space and the colours are so pretty and inspiring. I’ll be sharing the whole room reveal next week, so I hope you can pop back. 🙂
I love all the wonderful Tilda inspiration. I know your design space will be a place where so much beauty will be created!
Thank you Debra. I’m still tweaking that space…. sometimes you have to work in a room for a bit to get the flow right, but it is starting to feel comfortable and my creativity is enlivened again, so that is really good!!
Love the shelf with the angels – they seem to have made themselves at home.
I look forward to seeing more of your studio space later in the week as the peaks are wonderful.
Toni xx
I love that little shelf too Toni. It was kind of hidden away in my old studio as I used it to hang my aprons on, but when I saw that little bit of empty wall space in the new room I knew it would be perfect for holding a couple of long term ‘Tilda’ residents of my studio.
Hugs,
Kerryanne
It’s looking wonderful Kerryanne! I know you are going to love it and can’t wait to see the rest!
Thank you Lorraine. I know I’m lucky to have a dedicated creative space and will truly enjoy my time spent in there.
Thanks for visiting Shabby Art Boutique.
Hugs – Kerryanne
everything looks adorable, kerryanne! love the tags, and darling angels:)
Thank you Lynn. It feels so wonderful to be able to walk into my new room and see all my ‘things’ again. It was the first time in about 30 odd years that I didn’t have a dedicated creative space and I felt a bit lost. I’m looking forward to when things slow down a bit here so I can truly enjoy my creative time again.
Hugs,
Kerryanne
How fun to unpack and decorate a new space! Here’s to being creative!
