Welcome to the Shabby Art Boutique. I hope you are having a wonderful week.
I’m still in Melbourne visiting my parents . . . my dad had surgery last week and has remained in ICU for the past 5 days. He’s had a slow recovery, but seemed to turn the corner yesterday and was finally well enough to be transferred to a ward.

and not being one to let my hands lay idle, I found the perfect creative outlet . . .
in fact I haven’t picked up a crochet hook since I was a kid, but these little mini flowers don’t really need to be perfect.
Every time I see vintage rolls of crochet cotton in my thrifting travels I grab them . . . and now I have quite a large collection of sweet little crochet flowers made from gorgeous vintage coloured cottons.

Happy crafting!!
Hugs

Those flowers are adorable! They look so sweet on that old photo.
Can a beginner to crochet accomplish this? I love their delicate nature and would love to add them to my journal tags!

Glad to hear your dad is recovering quicker now. These flowers are very cute and as I crochet, a bit, they’ll go on my to do list.
