Mmmmm…. do you like pancakes?
I’m making this Pancake Perdu recipe for afternoon tea today.
This is Christine’s yummy recipe for French Toast Pancakes… by the way, have you met Christine?
Let me introduce you…
Christine Berres has a foodie blog called Curried Cantaloupe.
She is a food developer and keen photographer, whose recipes combine many different international flavours.
Raised in a small town in Wisconsin, USA, Christine later moved to France and discovered a completely different way of eating. Then she moved to Montreal, before heading back to France. Add in a Mexican husband and a new life in China… and you get why her culinary expertise is so diverse.
Christine is the new Food Contributor for Simply Shabbilicious magazine and has already wowed us with her gorgeous summer recipes in the latest issue.
Wait to you see what she has for us for the Christmas issue…oopps, I’ve got to keep it a secret. Trust me, you’ll love them!
Meanwhile, I’m slowly working my way though her blog of delicious recipes.
I’m hanging out for mango season, so I can make these Mango Lemon Bars
And later this week we are having Grown Up Baked Chicken Fingers… yummo!
Okay, so is your mouth watering… mmmm, mine is!!
I’m off to make my French Toast Pancakes…
but I urge you to pop on over to the Curried Cantaloupe and check out Christine’s recipes for yourself.
