I think you already know just how much I adore Christmas.
This year I’ve taken you on a tour of my Christmas craft room and shared with you my soft and romantic Christmas living room…
But for me, the real magic of Christmas happens at night!
When dusk falls, the Christmas lights really start to shimmer…
And the glow that bounces around the room from the flickering candles
is always quite magical.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed evenings spent in my Christmas themed craft room.
Everything makes me smile….. from the glittery baubles
to whimsical reindeer holding strings of fairy lights.
And who can resist mischievous Christmas Pixies holding flameless candles!!
There hasn’t been a lot happening over in the sewing corner this past month….
So it has been the perfect spot to sit my candles…. and thanks
to the scented candle in the red lantern, the whole room smells divine!
Tonight, sitting amongst the glow of fairy lights and candles in my craft room, I’ve had time to reflect on what an exciting year it has been…. from moving in to this home back in February, to renovating and creating this amazing space I get to work in every day….. it’s been a blessed year!!
I feel that now Christmas is upon us, it’s time to slow down a little and savour this Christmas spirit, spend time with loved ones and prepare for a fabulous new year ahead.
My wish for you is that your Christmas home be filled with joy, your heart with love and your life with laughter!

How can your room possibly look any more beautiful? It truly does look magical with the lights, I can imagine soft Christmas music in the background and something hot in a mug!
I think you must have been spying on me Lorena, because that is pretty much how it has been. I’ll certainly miss the Christmas ambience when I take it all down this week.
