Wake up to a special Christmas day breakfast, brunch of morning tea with these fabulous quick and easy home baked recipes that will please everyone in the family!
Every weekend we get together here on Shabby Art Boutique to celebrate our creativity with our weekly link party….. Create, Bake, Grow & Gather.
There have been so many amazing festive recipes at the party, from which I’ve chosen my 8 favourites for Christmas morning.
Wouldn’t you love to have this amazing looking Cinnamon Christmas Breakfast Wreath
on your breakfast table on Christmas Morning? Recipe from The DIY Mommy.
This Blueberry Cream Cheese Breakfast Braid might look like it came from a fancy bakery,
but Erin has a super simply recipe and some great shortcuts, like store-bought refrigerated
crescent dough, that will bring this simple breakfast braid together in moments.
Adorned with apple and orange chips, this gorgeous rustic look Apple Spice Cake from
Janet at Rosemary and Thyme is perfect for a Christmas morning brunch or morning tea.
Simple to make, Apple Roses are perfect for any time of day…
And don’t these ones from Prairie Charm look so beautiful.
Once the gifts are unwrapped, you can pop your feet up and get cosy with a
hot cup of cocoa and a home baked seasonal sweet treat.
You can enjoy a little extra ‘jolly’ with Julie’s special addition to her
Nutmeg Cookies at My Wee Abode.
Between the beautiful colour and the coconut coating, these delightful
Santa Whisker Cookies from Mrs Kringle’s Kitchen will add a whimsical
addition to your cookie plate this holiday season!
This crispy Italian Eggnog Biscotti cookie from Home Cooking Memories
not only includes eggnog in the actual biscotti, but it is also
topped with an amazing eggnog glaze.
Tracey’s Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies will be a favourite
with everyone, so be sure to check out her tips and
recipe at The Kitchen is my Playground.
I hope these 8 festive recipes have inspired you for a home baked Christmas.
Happy baking!!

Well, thank you SO much for this special feature, Kerryanne! I just now found it! It’s funny, one of my friends asked me the other day if she could make these for our church Christmas party… “I’ll understand if you don’t want me to”… LOL! I told her, “Of course! That’s why I had a blog post for them… I want people to enjoy them!”
Hope your season is going well… I ALWAYS love looking at your blog!
These are extra ‘special’ Christmas cookies Julie, so the recipe really must be shared. I hope your friend enjoyed making them too.
Merry Christmas sweet friend x
