If the idea of a Simply ‘homemade’ Christmas sounds appealing to you, then please join me in celebrating this magical season with my 6th annual
Simply Christmas
For the next 8 weeks until Christmas Eve, I will be sharing lots of free crafting projects, printables, recipes, Christmas decorating and gift ideas.
Traditionally, I kick off this event with a printable Christmas Planner.
For me, being organized… making lists… and preparing for a busy holiday season is the logical way to get started.
[Pin for later]
So… for those inclined towards making their own Christmas Planner,
please feel free to download the Simply Christmas 2015 Christmas Planner.
The 2016 Christmas Planner is no loner available.
There are 21 different vintage pages to download and print.
The pages are conveniently sized to A5, so can be used in a variety of ways.
I always choose to use an A5 art journal to make my planner. I simply adhere the printed pages into the journal, along with ideas, recipes, catalogue clippings etc.
This year my planner has a very vintage feel, achieved by layering vintage embellishments like book paper, doilies, lace and ribbons. You may remember a couple of weeks ago I shared how I stain everyday items to make vintage look embellishments… find out how HERE.
I print my planner pages on 100 gram matt photo paper. It’s thin and easy to work with for craft projects.
If you don’t have time to make your own Christmas Planner,
I’ll be back tomorrow with another option!
Happy crafting ~ Kerryanne

Definitely a sign of the times when we need an Internet Shopping page in a vintage style Christmas Planner – lol. But we must be practical!! 🙂

I’m an older gal and in recent years I haven’t been very proactive in preparing as I would really want and used to enjoy. Now, I’ve printed the planner and I’m getting out the Christmas music! I’m looking forward to all the Simply Christmas inspiration. Thank you.

Oh so happy you have offered Christmas planner again. I came across last years in some “stuff” the other day, was so glad to find it. Have saved 2015 for when I get more ink, have been going thru it like crazy, usually do this time of year.
Have to decide what I’ll be making for gifts this year. Have only this month as am having right shoulder replaced on Dec. 7th. Not looking forward to it but has to be done, my functionality is quite limited, pain doesn’t help either. But it’s just a bump in road, have survived having both knees replaced few years ago. Won’t be on here too much for while after. Will sure miss everybody. Will be able to read emails, just not reply unless I write in small letters or caps with one hand..
Hope you have wonderful week ahead, so enjoy your excellent blog. Take care and don’t work too hard ok?
Kerryanne says
I’m thrilled that you liked the 2015 Christmas Planner Jane Ellen. Have fun creating 🙂

I hung my wreath on the door today. Just over seven weeks to go. Thanks for the reminder to sit and write those plans down. Having a plan reduces last minute stress and helps us enjoy the process.

I bet that 7 weeks will fly too Delcie. Enjoy the season 🙂
