Craft Room Membership Terms & Creative Use Policy

The Craft Room is a monthly creative membership operated by Kerryanne English of Shabby Art Boutique (referred to in these terms as “Shabby Art Boutique”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Membership access: The Craft Room is a paid, ongoing monthly membership. Access to the membership website and private Facebook community is available only while membership is active.
2. Cancellation: Members may cancel at any time. There is no pause facility. Access ends at the conclusion of the paid membership period, and previously downloaded materials remain available for permitted personal use.
3. Intellectual property: All original Shabby Art Boutique artwork, printable designs, templates and kit content remain your intellectual property. Members may not redistribute, resell, reproduce or adapt protected content for commercial products or tutorials without written permission, except where a specific commercial-use licence expressly allows it.
4. Creative community standards: Members are expected to treat us, the Design Team and fellow members with courtesy and respect, and to honour the creative work of others.
5. Termination by Shabby Art Boutique: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for material breaches of the terms, misuse of intellectual property or conduct that seriously undermines the community, with appropriate notice and refund arrangements where required.
6. Membership changes: We may update the terms with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and members’ existing contractual rights.
