Hi creative friends,
It’s time for another beautiful round of Swanmere Estate inspiration from the Design Team, and this week we have three very different projects to share from Sandra, Tracy and Agnieszka.
I always love seeing how each designer interprets a collection in their own unique way, and this week we have everything from journals and tiny interactive projects to a wonderfully imaginative invitation to spend a weekend at Swanmere Estate.
So, let’s take a closer look at what these talented ladies have been creating.
Sandra ~ Atelier Vintage Rose
Sandra has two gorgeous projects to share with us this week, beginning with a very clever magnetic bookmark that she created as a tutorial for our Craft Room community.
Designed to fold over the edge of a journal page, the bookmark allows you to enjoy a decorative element on both sides of the page, with tiny magnets hidden inside holding it neatly in place. Such a simple and clever idea, and a lovely little addition to any journal.

Sandra’s second project is her absolutely beautiful Swanmere Estate journal.
You may remember the fabulous quilted paper masterboard Sandra created for our Craft Room group prompt last week. She has now transformed that masterboard into the cover of her journal, and it works so beautifully with the romantic, timeworn feel of Swanmere Estate.

Inside, there are lots of interactive details to discover, including tuck spots, pockets filled with ephemera and, of course, some of Sandra’s sweet magnetic bookmarks.
There’s even the tiniest little version of my Postbox Folio, which Sandra has turned into an adorable dangle for the journal spine. Such a darling detail!
Sandra has shared a full flip-through of her gorgeous Swanmere Estate journal on YouTube, so be sure to take a closer look here.
Sandra has shared so many beautiful and inspiring projects with us this month, and I’m incredibly grateful for the creativity, generosity and attention to detail she brings to our Craft Room community.

Tracy ~ A Trace of Tradition
Our guest designer Tracy has completely blown us away again this week with her creativity and ingenuity.
Tracy created the most exquisite little 3″ x 4″ invitation packet for a weekend retreat at Swanmere Estate, and despite its tiny size, it is absolutely brimming with detail.
Inside you’ll find an invitation, carriage cards and the most intricate little tunnel book that offers a tantalising glimpse into the gardens of Swanmere Estate.
And the magic begins before you even open it.

The tunnel book has been designed with a keyhole cover, so when you peek through, you can see the beautiful gardens of Swanmere in the distance.
The entire invitation packet then slips neatly inside an open-topped belly band box sleeve.
It truly feels like a tiny piece of the Swanmere story brought to life.
Tracy has such an incredible gift for taking the whimsical storytelling within a collection and turning it into something wonderfully unexpected. Her clever construction, beautiful attention to detail and imaginative presentation have made this little invitation packet an absolutely magical project, and we are all in awe of her creativity.
Hopefully we’ll be treated to a little video peek at this enchanting project in the near future.

Agnieszka LaLoggia
Agnieszka has been having some fun with the smaller details for her beautiful Swanmere Estate journal this week.
Taking inspiration from this month’s Craft Room bonus projects… the Postbox Folio and pop-up box cards, along with Sandra’s magnetic bookmark tutorial, Aga put her own creative spin on all three ideas.
She created an adorable micro journal, a tiny pop-up card and her own pretty magnetic bookmark, all designed to coordinate with and add another layer of interest to the Swanmere journal she shared with us last week.

I especially love seeing our designers inspiring one another and then adapting those ideas in their own style.
These tiny additions are such a sweet way to add interactive details and little surprises to a journal.
Thank you, Aga, for another beautiful dose of Swanmere inspiration and for showing us just how much charm can be packed into the tiniest of projects.
