Hi creative friends,
Last week I brought some much-loved little characters out of the Shabby Art Boutique archives when I shared my new Hedgie Mail #2 printable.
And I did tell you not to put those sweet hedgies away just yet… because I had another little project planned for them.
Well, today I’m delighted to share the next instalment of our hedgie fun… a sweet and very easy Hedgie Mail Folio, complete with another free printable and a step-by-step video tutorial.

A Little Home for Our Hedgie Mail
When I created Hedgie Mail #2 last week, I knew I wanted to make something that would bring together the new printable with our original Hedgie Mail postcards from a few years ago.
So, I created this simple little folio to hold all of our Hedgie Mail pretties together.
It’s a quick and easy paper craft project that doesn’t require lots of complicated supplies or techniques, and the finished folio makes the sweetest little place to tuck away your postcards and ephemera.
Best of all, you can make it using the free hedgie printables I’ve shared here at Shabby Art Boutique.

The Hedgie Mail Printables
For my folio, I combined elements from three coordinating printables:
Hedgie Mail #1
Our original Hedgie Mail printable includes the sweet Hedgie Postcards and coordinating elements.
Hedgie Mail #2
Last week’s three-page printable added even more hedgie pretties to the collection.
If you missed last week’s post, you can catch up and find all the details about the previous Hedgie Mail freebies HERE .
Both of these previous printables are available for newsletter subscribers in my Newsletter Freebies Library.
And today, we have one more!
Free Hedgie Mail Folio Printable
I’ve created a new printable especially for today’s project containing the pieces you’ll need to make your Hedgie Mail Folio, along with a couple of very cute little hedgehog graphics to use in your crafting.
Unlike the previous Hedgie Mail freebies stored in my Newsletter Freebies Library, today’s folio printable can be downloaded directly from this post.
I’ve provided both A4 and Letter versions below, so simply choose the file that best suits your printer.

Please remember that all Shabby Art Boutique free printables are provided for personal use only.
Let’s Make the Hedgie Mail Folio
Once you’ve printed your folio pages and gathered your Hedgie Mail goodies, we’re ready to craft!
I’ve created a 15-minute video tutorial showing you step-by-step how I put my folio together.
It’s a lovely quick project, so make yourself a cuppa, gather your scissors and glue and come craft along with me.
Make It Your Own
Of course, you don’t have to make your Hedgie Mail Folio exactly like mine.
That’s part of the fun!
Dip into your own creative stash and add a little lace, ribbon, buttons, flowers or other favourite embellishments. You could fill the pockets with the Hedgie Postcards, journal cards, tags or perhaps even add a little handwritten note and turn it into a sweet piece of happy mail for a crafty friend.
I always love seeing how you take my printables and add your own creative touches.

A Sweet Little Visit to the Archives
I’ve really enjoyed bringing our hedgies back out to play over these past couple of weeks.
There are so many designs and projects tucked away in the Shabby Art Boutique archives after all these years, and sometimes it’s lovely to revisit an old favourite and give it a fresh little twist.
If you’ve only recently discovered Shabby Art Boutique, I hope you’ve enjoyed meeting these sweet little characters for the first time.
And for those of you who’ve been here for a while, perhaps they’ve brought back some happy creative memories. ♥
Don’t forget to visit last week’s Hedgie Mail post HERE to collect the coordinating printables before you start your folio.
I hope you enjoy making your own Hedgie Mail Folio and filling it with lots of sweet hedgie pretties.

Happy crafting,
Hugs
♥
