Hi creative friends,
This week in the Craft Room we’ve been surrounded by the soft florals, gentle garden moments, and charming handmade details from our Whispers from my Garden Journal kit… and I’m so excited to share the beautiful projects created by Lauren, Caroline, and myself.
It’s also especially lovely to welcome Lauren back to the Design Team after the arrival of her beautiful new baby last month.
We’ve missed her creative magic so much and this week she returned with the most enchanting project!
Lauren ~ Shabby Chic Sundae
Together with her dad, affectionately known to many of us as Mr Shabby, Lauren created the most incredible 3D wooden replica of the sweet garden shed featured in the kit… and it is absolutely breathtaking.

Nestled inside the little shed is an adorable 3 1/2″ x 5″ mini journal filled with charming pockets, tuck spots, and beautifully decorated tags.
Every tiny detail has been thoughtfully created and the entire project feels like stepping into a whimsical little garden storybook.

Lauren has also shared a wonderful YouTube flip-through so you can see all of the beautiful details up close.
I’ll include the video below in this post for you to enjoy.
A huge thank you to Lauren and Mr Shabby for sharing this truly magical project with us all.

Caroline ~ Carollee Crafts
Caroline has shared two beautiful projects with us this week… a lovely set of four spring-themed greeting cards and the sweetest little accordion tag folder.

Her accordion-style folder is such a clever design, featuring the seed packets from the kit as pockets, with each one holding a decorative tag tucked inside.
It’s such a fun and creative way to use the garden elements from the collection and would make a truly thoughtful handmade gift for a crafty friend.

The soft florals and layered details throughout both projects are simply gorgeous and perfectly capture the gentle cottage garden feel of this month’s kit.
You can watch flip through of her sweet tag project on her YouTube channel HERE.
Thank you so much, Caroline, for sharing your beautiful creativity with us again this week.

I’ve also had so much fun creating with this month’s kit and wanted to share my two latest projects with you.
The first is a larger project called My Garden Book… a soft and whimsical garden-inspired journal project that includes a full video tutorial along with a 20-page printable collection for Craft Room members.
This project was such a joy to create and captures everything I love about cottage gardening, journaling, and storytelling through paper crafting.
My second project was the Garden Observations Folio that I created during my recent Facebook Live Craft & Chat with Nicola.

This folio has a gentle vintage garden feel and is filled with pockets, layered pages, and little spaces for journaling and keepsakes.
Watch the quick flip through video HERE.
I hope today’s projects inspire you to spend a little creative time in your own craft space this weekend.
There’s something so peaceful and comforting about creating with florals, garden journals, seed packets, and soft shabby layers this time of year.
Happy crafting,
Hugs
