Printable Planner ‘Self Care’ Stickers

Hello friends,

Yes it is ‘I’…. you may have wondered if I completely disconnected from the world, but I’m still here.

I fully intended to pop in numerous times over the past couple of weeks, but I’ve been absorbed in my ‘creative bubble’ and indulging in self-care…. and then days have just got away from me.

I’m enjoying creative time…. stretching myself in new directions and trying new techniques and mediums. I love how that allows you to experience a new level of creativity.

If you find yourself struggling with creative block, I can highly recommend shaking things up by using a new medium.

Listen-Word of the year - Shabby Art Boutique

On my craft table this week there’s a sewing project, some messy clay pieces in various stages of completion and my watercolours scattered all over my desk.

A different project for every mood I suppose.

January always includes working on my planner, which really appeals to my list making self and has the added bonus of mapping out my intentions for 2017.

This week I’ve added 2 new things to my 2017 planner; a gratitude page and some printable self care stickers.

I made these for my own planner and thought maybe some of you may find them helpful for your own planners.

I’m making a concentrated effort to make myself a priority this year, so I decided to incorporate self care options in my planner.

By scheduling them for each month, it is a promise to myself to take care and nourish my body, mind and soul…. (plus, I love that they are pretty).

This one page printable can be downloaded and printed on sticker paper. i use the Avery packs.

If you are not sure what that is, I’m providing an affiliate link to it here – Avery Sticker Project paper

I completely agree with you. We definitely have to dedicate more time to us. I have been feeling the same. Life is just to hectic and sometimes we need to put the brakes on a bit. Glad you are allowing yourself some much needed rest.

If you want some pretty inspiration, I invite you over for a peek.

Hi there KerryAnne, have sure missed you but am so glad you’re attending to what you need for yourself. My Mom was of generation which thought if woman did something for herself it was selfish.. Hence we were at loggerheads often when I did something for just me. With 4 young children my early years were stressful raising 3 older kids before I remarried. My generation has been called the “sandwich generation” snugged in between old ides and emergence of new ideas. Sometimes when younger it was hard to know where I belonged. As it was Mom was upset with me all the time for having so many kids. She was surprised when present hubs married me with 3 small children then we had one of our own. She was always telling me nobody would want me.
Am so glad that today’s young women have been given permission to be themselves, take care of themselves.
Now that am older have more time to indulge my crafting urges and much reading for my own enrichment. Am not able to work anymore due to losing my hearing and arthritis. Hubs hasn’t worked since his stroke in Oct/2010. Luckily he came out of his stroke pretty well thank goodness. Could have been much worse.
We drive each other nuts some days but we manage alright. It’s harder in winter here as we’re cooped up more.
Hope you are doing so well. Thank you for sharing these beautiful aids for living. I think finding, writing and thinking about at least one thing to be grateful for each day is something which will enrich all our lives. I am certainly grateful for you and your incredible blog. Am so grateful every day to have found you. Love seeing your lovely smile.
    Enjoy your week
