These days Christmas themes come in all kinds of colours…
And styles… from traditional to modern, vintage to…
You might recognize this little guy… he’s been around before in a different guise.
In our home, we like to have a Santa and stockings, so one of my favourite designs got a bit of a shabby/vintage make-over this year, so he fits in with our décor style.
I’m currently writing the pattern packet, so you can make him too… but he could be made with any type/colour papers.
Another designs that was reworked was my Santa Trio. They are so popular and keep popping up every few years with a new look… or a design tweak or two.
This year it’s all about combining paper craft and painting techniques.
This design is suitable for intermediate painters and anyone who enjoys paper craft or decoupage.
These patterns are definitely adaptable…
I’ve used pretty embellishments to enhance them like glass glitter dipped bells, seam bindings, rhinestone buttons and faceted glass beads…
But the options are endless!
Both of these designs, plus a couple more will be available in my Pattern Boutique some time this week.
With just 85 days until Christmas, it isn’t too early to be thinking about making Christmas pretties.
