We are now only days away from the start of Simply Christmas. . . a time when things get pretty busy around here.
Of course Shabby Art Boutique is not one of those mega blogs with a million visitors, but I was thrilled to welcome 2,500+ visitors per day to Simply Christmas last year and I would certainly expect that number to be even higher this year. There’s fresh content everyday with DIY, tutorials and giveaways. . . and we can’t forget the ‘Shabbilicious Friday’ link party, which from today will also include Christmas themed projects.
Today I’m offering the opportunity for a select few to promote their businesses/ blogs through side-bar advertising and sponsored posts during the Simply Christmas event. If you think this is something you might be interested in, there’s more information available here.
Let’s get this party started. . .
This is where we come together each week to share all that is gorgeously
shabby, French and vintage
and from this week, I also encourage you to link up any Christmas themed projects too.
Here are my ‘shabbilicious’ picks from last week’s party . .
Rosemary at Villabarnes always comes up with the most wonderful projects. . .
and this fleur-de-lis peat pot is no exception.
Janet at Rosemary and Thyme shared her beautiful vintage dishes and teacups.
I loved the hand painted French design on Judy’s cabinet at Vintage Street Designs.
Jean at The Backyard Bungalow transformed a footboard into a gorgeous fire screen.
And all the way from France, the lovely Joelle at My Shabby French Life
shared some of her beautiful china and roses this week too.
.
Thank you to everyone for linking up last week.
Please feel free to grab a‘Feature’ button from Shabby Art Boutique if you were featured today.
Please remember . . . this is a party for all things
Shabby, French and Vintage
. . .(and Christmas)
Here are a few guidelines to make the ‘Shabbilicious Friday’ party run smoothly:
· Be sure to link back to your original post and not your main blog address (URL).
· This is a party for shabby, French or vintage inspiration only. Businesses (Etsy, Made-It etc) are welcome to promote their product as long as it fits this genre.
· Please be courteous and remember to post my button or a link back to this party on your post, so others can join the fun.
If you are new here at Shabby Art Boutique and not yet a follower, then please pop over to the side-bar and click on the ‘Shabbilicious friends who follow’ link so we can stay in touch. . . . you don’t want to miss the Shabbilicious Friday party each week. I’ll also be featuring some of the projects on my SAB Facebook page too.
I can’t wait to see what you have all been up to this week. . . so let’s get inspired!!

Oh thank you so so much my Dear Kerryanne ! You know my blog is only 8 weeks old, and it’s amazing to be able thanks to you to share with nice people at the other side of the world (and to improve my poor English too !). And know, I’m so happy that you choosed my French china picture ! You know I created my French shabby blog to be able to learn and to dare to take pictures, because I have a form of inhibition in front of a camera. So my pictures like my house are in progress, and I’m so so grateful of this present ! To-day I’m sharing my shabby stairs : I painted them white, and painted roses on the vertical risers.
Xoxo from PARIS where we have a nice Indian fall
