This is the place we come to each week to share all that is
‘Shabbilicious’… and where we ‘embrace imperfections’.
Hi everyone! What a super busy week I’ve had at Shabby Art Boutique.

Sometimes I find it hard to keep my life balanced and I have to give myself a little reminder to make that time to simply ‘breathe’ and relax, so this week I shared my easy 5 step relaxation technique and a free printable.
On the creative front, I shared part 2 of my Village Shop project and my favourite chalky finish paint.
I’m super excited to have the honour of choosing this week’s features.
Keeping with my RELAX theme this week, I loved Janet’s new private space where she likes to unwind at Rosemary and Thyme.
Alexandra’s photography and vintage finds at A Piece of Vintage Prairie warmed my heart. The colour of that clock is quite divine!
Tracie’s garden is always enviable at Fishtail Cottage. This week she had me hooked just at the mention of my two favourite blooms; roses and peonies. I’d love to take a wander through Tracie’s garden and make time to ‘smell the roses’.
How lovely is Susan’s trunk make-over at Evelyn and Rose!
This Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint colour is simply gorgeous.
One of my favourite ways to relax is spending time in the kitchen and we had several really lovely recipe link ups this week. I’m giving Jamie’s ‘delicious, fluffiest, coffee cake ever’ a go this week.
Check out this yummy recipe at So Much Better with Age.
Thank you to everyone for linking up.
If you were featured this week, please grab a button.
And please stop by and say hello to your fabulous co-hosts!

Now Let’s Party!
Each week, the features and some of our favorites will be shared on all five of our blogs and pinned to the Shabbilicious Friday Pinterest Board for even more exposure. We also feature on Facebook and Google+, along with a #ff Twitter shout out!
Some simple rules:
– No Etsy stores, giveaways, or link parties.
– Please link to a specific post on your blog, not your blog’s home page.
– Link back to any one of our blogs with a text link or party button (available in the sidebar).
By submitting a link, you’re giving us permission to feature your project on our blogs and on social media. Proper credit and a link back to your post/profile will always be given.
Now it is your turn to show us what you’ve been up to this week.
Remember, this is a party for all things shabbilicious, vintage, cottage, farmhouse… in a nutshell, ‘perfectly imperfect’. This includes home tours, furniture make-overs, cooking, gardening and other DIY projects

Hello Kerryanne. Happy Sunday. Sorry that I am late to the party but I have been on a little holiday. I was so happy to read your email letting me know that my little reading room was going to be one of your features this week. Thank you for such an exciting and lovely honor. I take relaxing very seriously lately. Life is so busy that we forget to take time for ourselves. And the only way to be creative, productive and care for others, is to have a clear mind. Thank you for the feature and for touching a very important and often neglected subject.
Hugs,
Janet
